Interesting.. I have the Taito multiboard, and I noticed a glitched piece of text on Zookeeper too. (I can't remember if it was 'THIS' though--will double check.) It could be that one version of the ROMs has a typo in the code.

Just go change the name of the location. It's the first option in the diagnostics menu.

Sure wish my Multi-Taito had the custom message option... I love that on the Williams games (and the Whirlwind Pin).
