Zoo Keeper Strategy

Hey, thats great, I've often wondered if Jack is still about, good to hear he's still playing ZK, he held the record for something like 20 years before Shawn Cram took it off him.

Can you remember what sort of scores he was getting when you watched him play?

Jack lives close by to me, and he's been over several times in the past. He has no games of his own currently (no room at his place for them) but he still can waltz up to almost any title and put a respectable score on it. I'd have to go check but I think his highs on my ZK are a bit under 2 million. Of course, no where near his old form, but I think if I had him over every weekend his scores would start escalating pretty rapidly.

He was one of those very quiet, super modest, and very well-mannered guys, who was crazy good at just about every game he played. He put on a clinic playing missle command too.

Yup, he put up some nice scores on the Missile Command cockpit and was playing Asteroids for forever one time until I pulled him off of it so he could go eat some dinner.

Soooo close to 2M. New HS for me though.

I'm playing! My high score is around 6.5M

I haven't memorized the invisible platform screen yet so that is usually my undoing!

I have been living in NYC for the past few years and I have to keep the game at a friend's house outside of Philly. I will be moving back in a few months and cannot wait to have my Zoo Keeper back home again! ;-)

Thats a great score, man. Im still trying to break the 2M barrier. I thought I had it last night. I was at 1.7M and had a huge jump but got screwed by a Moose that was going the opposite way of my line, and I never saw it
