The video shows what is most likely a voltage issue.
What is unseen is the coin door light coming on about 15 seconds after the game is plugged in.
After the game has warmed up, it can be turned on and off, and will start up immediately.
The previous owner said that it has done this for as long as he owned it.
Should I stop turning this game on?
Perhaps just disconnecting the board for a couple minutes until the power supply has warmed up would be enough?
