What would you trade LOTR For? I was hoping for BDK or TSPP> Would it be a fair trade or cash +/- as if it were same condition

Thanks

I wouldn't trade for BDK, IMO. They're both "methodical" games that require a lot of time ....but you just get so much more interesting stuff out of that time spent on LOTR.

In any case, all 3 are about even in value.

A used first run LOTR in my area is typically $2800 - $3200
A used LOTR LE in my area is typically $4000 - $4500
FYI LE prices are a joke and foolish to buy one. Buy a first gen LOTR and install a shaker motor. The LE back glass sucks, the gold trim is ugly and you don't have figurines. The only benefit is the extra clea coating.
A used TSPP in my area is typically $3400-$3800
A used BDK in my area (which is almost never) tends to go for $4500+

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I think you'll have a hard time finding a trade for a BDK. Seems most LOTR lovers want TSPP and vice versa.

The good news is, if you don't like TSPP you can trade it off for another title and not lose money.

If you can get a LOTR for 2800$, would be cheaper for me to have you buy it and ship it here, LOL. I think the closest one I've seen pop up was in Kansas City MO, and they wanted 3500$.

You can't put a shaker in a regular lotr without buying underground so that is not a viable option IMHO

Well, hate to break the news to you skipper but I've seen "claimed HUO" Lotr's sell twice this year for $2800. Both started considerably higher but didn't move. Too bad I already have one or I would've snapped one up :)
I wasn't aware you were looking for one. Might want to consider adding it to your signature. People like me do tend to try and help others out.

As far as the shaker goes, the way I see it is it's not like it's not readily available for purchase. "Underground" or not it's easily obtained and I absolutely think it should be considered into the mix when talking about pricing because excluding the shaker then all a person is paying for is basically extra bling. Forums like these help inform people to make informed decisions. My .02

It should be mentioned that the LOTR LE doesn't even come with the shaker installed...so - you'd still have to buy one anyway.

Im not "looking" per se. Im broke as a joke and gotta get paid on my property taxes (so much fun.) and save some money for my vacation in march. Overtime just opened back up at work, I'm going all out so that I can get those things done and start getting the money for LOTR.

If I can sell my Big Blue it will cover a lot of ground. :)

LOTR were fun game and it now s being pending to be sold..
