For me it's my Wizard of Wor. I bought it back in March of '98. I did a monitor swap and replaced the RAM board I believe. It's been running with no problems ever since.

Second place goes to Gyruss. Bought it from a friend of mine who bought it from an OP. It was stored in an old church that had no windows. Many of the games were water damaged and of course not working. Another friend got it working (not sure what the problem was), but it's been running perfect since 2000.

You know you just totally jinxed these, right? :D

For me its Paperboy. 5 years with 0 issues! :)

For me, that would be my DE Simpsons pinball machine. It's been running fine since 1999.

Video game-wise, that would be my pokies. Working flawlessly since 2001 or so.

-Longest running gameroom item would really be my Rockola 470 Jukebox. Picked it up in 2004, have never had a problem with it, 8 years later.

-Longest running arcade game would be my Millipede cocktail. Picked it up in '07, replaced the monitor right away, added the braze kit, haven't had to do anything to it since.

Um . . . . Smash TV and Centipede. I would say Missile Command but I've had a heck of a time getting a working monitor in that cabinet . . . and now its looking like I'm going to trade it.

I wish I could say Berzerk but that would just be a blatant lie.

for me it is a dedicated PRIMAL RAGE got it in 1997 from NAMCO and have not had a single problem with it.

i just wish i could play it better.

Peace

Ditto. I picked up my Millipede upright in March of '09 and the only thing I've done to it was add the Braze kit and an illluminated trackball. Surprizingly enough, my Pole Position has been going strong since I did the switcher mod almost 2 years ago. Knock on wood. ;)

I've had my Galaga running for maybe 3 years with no problems.

As for the other games...ugh.

I think the real question would be answered if you would also share how much run time these games have had.

I repaired 7 games for a local pizzeria in 2010 and they've been on 24/7 since. Aside from a pcb in Tetris, and a tube swap on a Centipede, I've not needed to touch them. That's over 15,000 hours run time on each game.

If you turned on your Pac Man cab once in 1997 and once again today, I'm not so sure I'd call that your most reliable game. Maybe your most lucky one, though.

Tron, bought it in 2002, did boardwork on it to get it running and its worked ever since. Its part of my main bank of games that get played, comes on every time I turn the games on and runs perfect.

Somewhere throughout the world, with every post, the tubes and capacitors of games mentioned in this thread are exploding one by one to the tune of the Anvil Chorus.

Stop the jinx! :D
