Your input needed - KLOV member claims new Repro CPO can be called NOS, do you agree?

Why try to muddy the definition of NOS?
Again, I don't believe that was his intention. I can't officially speak for the seller, but I believe his title already covered all bases, with the intention of describing his repro as a nos accurate copy. The only issue is that he listed it in the title, which apparently seems a bit ambiguous. In any event, hopefully all buyers read the descriptions carefully, especially if you take the time to go 100% Nos. Any seller listing a repro piece as true NOS only should not be considered for business.

That's all I have to say. Anything else I'd just be saying the same thing over and over again. :)

That overlay is not 100% accurate. So even if we all bought into that logic, it would still not apply here. It is a good repro, but who knows if they used a NOS piece to make it given that it is not accurate.

You're probably right. I personally don't know anything about that piece or the seller, just giving the benefit of the doubt. I was just trying to apply the logic in general to perhaps a reputable seller.
