Acejedi knew the board was broken before he sold it.

1. MonsterBash mentioned and pointed out the fact that Acejedi really wanted a check instead of paypal, then when the buyer offered to pay paypal and mark it as a gift he had no problem with that.

The only reason for that is so the buyer cannot make a paypal claim and hold funds till the dispute is resolved. Obviously his intention was to sell a broken board.

2. The board was obviously broken since acejedi already started removing chips from it. his excuse about counting pins is just ridiculous. He was pulling chips off it cause the board was dead and he forgot to put that one back in when he shipped it.
