What do they plan to do with all the junk they get in trade?

They probably need to furnish their homes! LOL I figure they had to sell EVERYTHING to try and hang on during the recession since car sales have dropped through the floor.

They'll just trash it or have an auction/flea market. If anything cool comes in, they'll keep it off the books and write off the reduction in price. Either way, it is a win/win for the salesman.

I'm betting its just a gimmick to get you in the door. Any car dealer will probably knock $2000 off the price and put it elsewhere. You could probably keep your game or whatever you mention you have.

They wont necessarily put it elsewhere though. There's plenty of room in the MSRP to drop $2K off and not even bat an eye.

Ask em to take $2K off of the cars invoice price for your broken multicade and things will get a little less cheery!
