Just got a score over 60M today. Got to SOS and it called out for the GEM shot first. Arrgh, why the hardest shot???
I was also told by a few people that the software update should be up on Sterns website as well. Just waiting for it now.

Just curious, the update will be available online, at Sterns site? Also when updating the new update, will it erase your old scores? Does it reset the machine? Never done this before. Stern sent me the 1.1 thumb drive the other day, but it's not a life changing update so I am waiting until one really makes a difference.

Yep it resets the pin. Your scores will be gone.

i talked to my guy the other day and he said probably a week, maybe two, before my LE is shipped.

if that's the case, do you think 1.2 will be on there when i get it? or at least 1.1? this is my first NIB pin, so i'm not exactly sure how all of that stuff works.

It depends on 100% on the outlane posts with IM. If they're at factory, short ball times. Closed in, a lot longer ball times.

As an example, I got the audits (from a fellow member here) from an IM on location setup for default. It had these averages:

3 AVERAGE BALL TIME 0:32
4 AVERAGE GAME TIME 1:52

average score was 3.6 million in over 2000 games played. So if you're getting above those averages either you're really good or your game probably isn't setup like factory. You're actually the only person I've seen that said that IM had longer ball times than Tron, most of the other comments said the other way I thought.

I checked today and the outlines were closed up on IM and were in the middle on Tron

Mine came with 1.1 installed from the factory. If your pin ships after 1.2 is released, then it should come with it installed. No big deal if not, just update it yourself.

I talked to Borg via Facebook last night. He is going to try and push for 1.2 for today.
