You gotta be kidding right?

yeah but aren't they only making 100 of those? Also, do they automatically close the pre-order when they get the max number or do they just keep adding to the list to see all those interested?

I'm confused. Are you saying that the games not worth 455? I know it's broken, but ballys are easy to fix. If i had a big house with room, I'd consider paying that for a nice shape one, and I buy games dirt cheap. That's a really iconic game that will be a collectors item eventually.

Now I am a noob to this whole thing, but its my understanding that this is not a highly sought after pin. Due to the look of the thing. I certianly wouldn't but it if I didn't already have plans for the conversion as well. In fact its undesirable nature is why it was chosen for the conversion. The last one of these I saw sell was in mint condition. Only minor wear and scratching on the cabinet. Sold for $500, and thats after the original auction winner backed out on buying it. So I expected one that had badly flaking backglass, lost of paint wear on the PF, and not even working, to go for a bit less then $455. Thats just me.

The market price is driven up by the Vegas conversion kit. The price on these has been climbing steadily, and I'd bet the next one on Ebay sells for more as a bunch of people scramble for them.
