Having trouble getting my yie ar kung fu pcb to sync up with my monitor. I tried the board in a different cabinet and it worked fine. I tried a different board in this cabinet (wwf superstars) and the picture was fine. Looks like a WG monitor, maybe a 4600. Not 100% sure on that. The instruction manual for YAKF says to run a wire to both the -H sync and -V sync. From the composite synce coming off of the jamma harness. I cannot get it to adjust correctly. I even tried to just use 1 sync wire and everything was rolling and would not stop. No matter how far I turned the adjuster knobs. Any ideas? I'm 95,% sure it's a sync issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should investigate the following:

1) adjust the horizontal osc coil, access is through a hole in the side with a nonconductive tool

2) make sure you are using the neg sync pins for YAKF

3) look at the info Ken summarized here and ensure your daughter card installed support composite neg sync, as not all K4600 daughter boards do

Good luck
