I've got a Xybots machine in pretty good physical condition. The monitor needs a cap kit, as it's had a vertical collapse a few years ago. PCB works. The game boots up and sounds plays. Looking for $100.

I'm in Champaign, IL.

I'm out of town for a few days, but will shoot some photos when I'm back.

Aside from the monitor having a vertical collapse, the machine is in pretty good shape. It's been in an office setting for the past 10 years with very little play.

Here's a couple photos. I didn't have a chance to plug it in as I snapped these before I left for work today. Like I said, the monitor has vertical collapse, so something on the monitor board will need to be repaired, but it's in good physical condition. Not mint, but pretty good.

I don't have much to add other than I wish I was closer to you because I would have seriously bought this within 30 minutes of your first post! This Xybots is in incredible condition and hopefully it finds a good home.

The machine lived in a denny's in a college campus through the 90's, in storage between the 2000-2007, and in an office building between 2008-last week where it got little play. The machine was on daily for about 4 years before the monitor collapsed, then it was turned off for like the last 7, only turned on when the other machines next to it were turned on.

I've also got an almost 100% reproduction of a zookeeper that I think I'm willing to part with. It has blank orange sides and is running the taito multiboard, but is in excellent condition. I built it about 5 years ago when they were popular around here. Once I filled up my game room, I lost a bit of the passion I had for building and restoring games and stopped posting things here. Is there an interest in 100% repo cabs? I'm open to any offers for it.

Love hearing the backstory on a game, nice!

Might want to start a separate thread for that game just to get some more eyeballs on it. Zoo Keeper is quite popular around here, although the repro cab will hurt its value some. Nevertheless someone will take it.
