Would anyone happen to know what brand of monitor they used in the Xmen 6 player cabinets? I have one in a wooden box (the way it came inside the cabinet) but I can't tell what brand it is.

Post a pic of the chassis. Technically, it used a standard-res monitor, but I have no idea what they shipped with, or if they shipped every one with the same model...

k7000 25" was original stock for the 6 player xmen.

It is screwed inside a box from the inside.

those look like k7000 adjustment pots/boards, i have no idea why they have been modified the way they are.

what the fuck. that second one on the right is weird! where do those wires go to? they didn't seriously like daisy-chain both remote boards together did they? lol

That is the monitor that mounted on the back of the cabinet. To make it easier to adjust, the remote board had an extension cable. The board was mounted under the cp. So, you could pull the monitor chassis by unplugging the extension and not have to deal with five feet of cable.

so basically they took two remote boards, wired it up so the remote boards acted like a long extention cable then plugged thas mess into the factory wells gardner adjustment harness? cool and odd at the same time.

Tip the box up and take the back panel of the box off (opposite of monitor face) and look at the chassis. The remote boards look like Wells Gardner k7000, as stated above. My cab has 25K7191 IIRC.

Yep I'm also pretty sure mine has K7191 model monitors too.

Yup, the extension cable is just a board populated with wires instead of pots. It's kinda sweet, except last time I took the chassis out to service I forgot the remote board and had to drive back for it.

And, yes, they are K7000's.
