Message to Xbox Live Support after being permabanned:

my xbox account was permanently suspended due to my gamertag. shouldn't this be temporarly suspended? i've been a member for 3 years and a lot of downloads and xbox live points attached to this account. i dont want to start all over again. is there a way to request lesser suspension? my account gamertag was "pound her stank". i would change my gamertag to get my account back.

The response:

While we apologize for the inconvenience, we made the decision to permanently suspend the account due to the excessive number of forced name changes due to Code of Conduct violations that have occurred over the life of the account. We felt that giving you 34 chances to create a gamertag that did not violate the aforementioned document should have been more than enough of an opportunity to turn a new leaf.

What a dipshit.

This is why I don't play online games....because you have to deal with too many of these fucksticks. On a side note, what is up with everyone playing online saying "WTF?!" everytime they get killed? I was watching my buddy play and I swear this phrase was uttered about every 7-8 seconds by someone.

That's the reason I quit playing online too. Too many foul mouthed d-bags, that can't keep there traps shut.

What a wonderful generation of idiots we are raising on Xbox live.

A friend of mine gets banned from servers all the time with his name of "surprise sex" but he thinks its actually funny. Probably won't once he runs out of games he is allowed to play online!

While I agree that the name is funny, you gotta remember that there ARE young kids that play live. Not that they would probably even get this gamer tag, but there are other ones that they would.
I am all for parents monitoring what their kids play and with who, but many do not. I just don't see why we can't have a little bit of respect in that regard.
But as an adult, that is a really funny gamer tag.

"Pound Her Stank"

You guys think the mods on here would let me change my username to this?

Who actually talks to anyone they don't have on their friends list?

Not to sound like the old fogey I am but I remember xbox live on the original xbox, what a great time, met lots of new friends all over the world, sure there were some d-bags and some annoying children but overall it was a fun time.
Fast forward to now with "party" chat and the rest, there really is no fun in getting on and even attempting to talk to anyone I don't already have on my friends list, it's almost impossible to meet new people on there unless you enjoy schlong shopping while playing UNO using the wonderful xbox live vision cam....
Yeah don't play online anymore......:(

This is true on most games, but if you really wanna talk you should try the Nazi Zombies mode on Call of Duty.. it's basically just 4 people total, and you have to work together if you wanna survive, so conversations start up pretty regularly. Plus you get to slap Sarah Michelle Gellar's ass ;)
