I wanted to purchase the 360 R2D2 edition coming out. I don't think I'll be doing that now.

It will be interesting to see what happens between sony and microsoft. My money is on Microsoft.

I backed sony first last time because of the "cell processor" and the success of PS2. My PS3 sits like a brick in the basement doing nothing 99% of the time. I did buy Dragons Lair for it, and all the resistance games. I play 360 at least 10 times as often.

I will be squirreling away my change for the 720. I am not sure how better gaming can get, but I wondered the same thing when I got a sega genesis :)

Anyone seen any new news about the PS4 or 720?

If I had the extra money I'd buy the Star Wars edition 360 and never open it. It will probably be worth a lot in the future. (If we have a future) ;)

At CES Sony said PS4 would not be at E3, so if Microsoft decides to show off it's next console there, whenever Sony gets around to its unveiling you can probably assume it will have better specs.

It comes down to the games of course.

I'll always buy every new Xbox system that comes out. I'm done with the PS. I think I bought a whole 4 games for the PS2 compared to over 50+ games for the Original Xbox. I wont be buy any new systems for awhile though since I feel there is plenty more life in the 360 and there is really no need for any new systems at this point.

I'm done with Sony as I was totally burned by them and as far as I'm concerned they need to just get out of the consumer electronics industry and just go back to making movies.

Also saw more of the Wii U and it looks good but we'll see what the developers do with it. I'm never one to count Nintendo out of the game as they sold lots and lots of Wii's a DS systems and made money on each and every one...

I'm not a big fan of Nintendo, but I have no doubt they will be around for a long time. Btw Dark, D&D:SOM only came out in a kit. :D
