Some background: I picked up a totally destroyed Konami X-men. Hundreds of bent legs on the underside, lifted legs on the customs, corrosion, etc. Just a black screen.

I straightened all of the legs, reflowed the customs, replaced a broken socket, and rebuild the hybrid audio with a pxlmod reproduction. Now I am getting a white screen flickering. With the JP jumped, I get a solid white screen. Not good, but better than dead.

Voltage on the chips is 5.05V on average.

I started probing around the 68k, and found both the reset and halt pins bouncing between high and low. What should the default state be on those?

My Konami 051550 looks good, so I am wondering if I have one or more bad Fujitsu TTL. I know there are several LS07's on the reset circuit. I didn't find any floating pins on those, but are there other signs to look out for?
