It's been a hard two month wait, but worth every second of it! Huge thanks to my buddy 30FathomDave for coming through as always helping me lug these heavy beasts up the stairs and my wife, MistressOfTheArc for taking these awesome photos. I've put a few games on it this afternoon and have to say its actually kind of refreshing to not know what I'm supposed to do. But without any further adeau, here's what you came in here to see. Hope you enjoy!

Couple things.

1) you need a better handtruck (just saying)
2) you have good taste in pins :)
3) you, like me, have good friends who are easily swayed (usually in my case with beer).
4) Just wondering if it would have been easier to hike it up there while still in the box?

Great space to enjoy! How is the gameplay on X-Men? I was a little taken back by the size of the figures, but I reserve my final judgements until I actually play the games.

Congrats on the new pin!

Congrats on your new game! I've had mine for about a week and a half now and love it.

I couldn't imagine having an upstairs arcade! UGH!!

Unreal! Was this thing brand new? It looks it! How much did this cost you? Sweet game room!!!

1) Agreed!
2) Thank you, sir.
3) Without David, my gameroom would be in the garage, and 110 degrees.
4) I was really hoping to hike it up the stairs in its box, but I've got a 180 degree turn at the top and a cabinet that allots only 28 inches to work with. The box was just slightly too wide.

So far the gameplay is awesome, and haven't had any issues whatsoever. The scoop kick out is kinda scary, it pops out so fast that you can literally flip at the wrong time and end your ball.

As far as the toys go, they're huge! First thing I thought when I lifted the back box was 'Holy crap, those are massive!'. But even after just a few hours, I'm totally fine with them now. The game is just too awesome to even think about the size of the toys.

Ah yes. The intelligent homeowner, that measures before he moves things! :) Good show man!

Also, i'm surprised you didnt buy, Dave's TAF. That was one nice looking pin!

If I had that kinda cash at the time I would have taken it in a second. I drove out to California with him back in 2004 to go get it. It's definitely missed, but was sacrificed for Monster Bash, a definite upgrade!

Congrats on the new addition, buddy. I logged several games on X-Men last night, and it's a winner. Stern seems to have hit their stride. Their last three games (Tron, AC/DC, and X-Men) are all home runs.

The LEDs on this game (and AC/DC LE) are unreal. I'm going to have to upgrade my Tron to full LED now.

Local theatre tron pro has all LEDs...looks fantastic. Some of the lighting effects are a little "off" but looks the theme more than incandescent.

Besides, there was flickering in Tron when programs got hit....so it REALLY fits the theme. ;)
