I think I know the answer already, but I figured I'd ask(with my fingers crossed)... does anyone sell the front artwork for the X-Files cabinet? Our cabinet sides are ok but the artwork around the coin door needs some help due to a lock bar being installed at one time. I'd love to replace it but I can't find any place online that sells it. I'm really hoping my search-fu is messed up. ;)

This is what I thought... damn. Anybody know if the fronts been scanned anywhere? I'd even take this. :)

You'll never see it. Sega/Stern cabinets were screened directly...there were never decals. I guess someone could MAKE decals - but the license would make it cost prohibitive...not to mention there being close to zero demand. Collectors aren't exactly jumping up and down to restore X-Files. :)

Ah, I see. Wonder if I could get someone good with an airbrush to touch it up then? I'd really like to have the front be nice looking.

And as far as X-Files not being a good pin... I guess my wife and I are just too big of X-Files(the show) fans to notice. I actually enjoy playing it to be honest... I play it almost every day still. :)

Thanks for the info. :beerchug:

Sega games get a bad wrap....collectors don't want them. The upside to that is they're usually cheap - and then, surprisingly fun! I have a Goldeneye and Apollo 13. Bought them because they were cheap....they offer a ton of fun for the buck! I wouldn't mind playing a nice, clean, fully functioning X-Files to so I can have a fair opinion of it.

Got one for my wife a few years back. She was a huge X-Files fan. I personally didn't care for the show, but the pinball is fun to play.
