I consider myself very patient but I have to say the phone support for X-Box Live completely sucks.

The call center person I dealt with misunderstood me and kept repeating, "okay, I think it's best to suspend the account while we work on the problem".

I had called about Microsoft Points!
 
Speaking of Xbox Support, here's a audio clip of a friend of mine calling them. This is actually a "retake" of when another friend of ours called them when he was trying to find out when he would get his back from repair (RRoD, big shock).

He called, the automated bitch asked him which Xbox he had (original or 360), to which he replied "the shitty expensive one." There was a 2-3 second pause and then "she" said "An Xbox 360."

We about died laughing. So when he was done, we called them back, did the same thing and recorded it. Not nearly as funny as the original call, but still worth a laugh.
