WTF? Star Wars Yoke

Maybe he's thinking why the hell does someone need the spinner and joystick? My guess would be for flight simulators. The spinner might control speed, joystick might be for elevation or brakes?

he means it sold for $450.00 WTF!!!

A bit high, sure, but it's not unheard of for something to sell above market value on eBay. A complete, working Star Wars yoke, compete with new overlay, and all the required RAM controls interface stuff to make it work with MAME. And a modded Tempest spinner ready to go for MAME, and a control interface board for MAME - it's like a complete ready-to-go crapmame kit - just add several dozen buttons. Someone with more money than brains bought it, paying more than it's worth. I'm not at all suprised.
