Figure before I pull the trigger on one from Japan and eat the awful shipping costs I'd see if anyone has one domestically.

If you've got one, shoot a price and some info my way!

Maybe trade for a nice fully recapped SGI FW900?

I had a US release Sharp NES TV a few years ago, let it go for maybe $800. TBH, a decent PVM produces a better picture but I can understand the nostalgia factor. Those legs though...they are flimsy. I had a remote control too...I think I sold that. I'll look, if I have it i'll message you.

Much appreciated!

Yeah, I have a few PVMs and the like, and I know they're better, but there's something equally ridiculous and fun about these that makes me want to snag them.

Snagged an SF1 (would be keen on finding a remote for it though), still looking for a C1!

Got a real nice SGI FW900 I recapped a couple years ago (holy hell, 219 caps on 5 boards). Maybe a rare monitor for rare monitor trade is in order?

In this for the long haul. Looking everywhere!

Like 4 sold right in a row immediately before I started searching...

Even better, get the specs and print up a replica case, add the Dreamcast guts and a vga crt inside and you'll have one that truly out performs the original as it only used the composite signal.
