There are several different 4900 yokes....and they are not exactly compatible.

Yes, early 4900's (with a board number silk-screened on the bottom ending in -023) used one yoke.

All other standard-res 4900's used another yoke.

And the medium-res 4915 used still another yoke....

That's going to make it a little tricky being that they seem to be pretty hard to come by. Would it be easier to look for a complete tube? Thanks for the info guys!
 
Well you have a 50/50 chance on a standard res 4900. Most of the 4900's I have use the 55ohm vert yoke which is the same as a G07 yoke. I've seen G07 yokes used with 4900's but the vert and horz pins have to be switched around. Anybody know what the other version might be?

It's very easy to tell which yoke you need if you have a chassis. Look at the number screened on the back. If it ends in -023, then you need the first yoke. If it ends in any other number, then you just need to check the IC on the chassis. The standard and medium-res versions used different ones....
