One of my TRX boards died, and my repair guy couldn't get it working. Now I'm looking for a working replacement. If I don't find a TRX board, I'll settle for any of the other Seattle based games from Atari or Midway and convert the board (California Speed, Mace, Blitz/99/2000, Hyperdrive, Carnevil). Some of the games are more pricey than others and I'm not looking to pay an arm and a leg, but if you can help me out, please let me know what you've got.

Be weary that there are 4 different CPU speeds, and from memory TRX uses the fastest one being 200mhz.

If you end up converting a blitz/Carnevil then you may run in to slow downs since the CPUs on those are only 150mhz

Won an auction for an NFL Blitz 2000 board. Swapped roms and hard drive. Set jumpers. Swapped speed chip to bump it from 150 MHz to 200 MHz. I now have 2 working TRX's again! And they both run at the same 200 MHz speed. Hopefully this board will be reliable over time unlike my last one.

I was actually gonna buy a broken Vapor TRX but I saw Arctic Thunder and bought that broke too, biggest mistake of my arcade life

"irepairsega" (Ken) repairs these boards, so buying a non-working one might not be a terrible choice. In my case he couldn't figure out what was wrong and even though he put a lot of time into it, he only charged me for the return shipping. Supposedly these board frequently get lifted legs on the surface mount chips, which he easily repairs. That said, I wouldn't pay much for a non-working one because there's not much repair knowledge around these and replacement boards aren't plentiful/cheap. It is a fun game though, especially when linked. Not mind-blowingly awesome, but for us it's a nice complement to our SF Rush pair.
