Having a hard time finding an item that's been discontinued. Was hoping somebody may have one.

It's the little Mini-Pac controller (Ultimarc used to sell) that that has two PS/2 style plugs. I don't need the harness, although if you had one I'd buy it.

Seems like they only sell the little boards with USB or 1 (one) older style plug. I need to the type where TWO older style plugs can be connected.

I've attached a pic of the board.

Would like to buy 2 or 3 of these things, but would be happy if just one person might have one available.
