Hmmm... not sure how I feel about that. There are a couple of things coming off the JAMMA board including: Video Outputs, Control Inputs, Power Inputs, etc. Seems like a lot of switches to throw in the system that will be a pain to deal with. I can only imagine, without any real calculations or significant thought, that you may encounter a less than optimal display and voltage seen at the "non powered" JAMMA board from the Video Output on the "powered" JAMMA board. Not sure if this will cause damage, but I would NOT recommend doing it this way. Open the back and physically swap the JAMMA connector between boards... much safer and takes about 15 seconds max. a bit of time lost saves bucks in the future me thinks.
