FRIZZLEFRIED:
I have searched the EARTH for a Super Pcb. Problem in the 80's: The original Punch-Out!! was still bringing in buckets of quarters for arcade owners when Nintendo released Super. Most owners did NOT feel the need to upgrade a machine that was already making them a killing. Thus, there are NOT many Super pcb's in existence to begin with! The ones you do find will fetch a HUGE price tag. Supply and demand like anything else. I did find one once and the asking price was much more then I wanted to pay. While "JOW" is NOT necessarily out to lunch on his asking price, it is a lot to pay for a PCB when you could probably purchase 2 complete arcade machines for the cost of 1 Super Pcb
Once you do find a Super PCB you will have to purchase and upgrade your control panel for the 5 way joystick. Pull UP to duck or you can NOT get past the second fighter.
Best bet may be to wait out 2600's security board for Punch-Out!! His board will make any regular Punch-Out!! into a DUAL punch out
I wish you luck on your quest
