Too bad you're not near here...there is one on Craigslist for sale in Oklahoma. Believe they were asking 695$? It's in the box.

Where? I looked all over on the various Oklahoma CL's and couldn't find it.

If the price on it was only $695 then someone got lucky. I sold an NOS SWEP1 playfield (just the wood, not a complete wired playfield) for $800 a few months ago.

Nucore has somewhat driven the price up on these kits. If it's a complete kit with translite, sideart and roms I would find it hard to find a NOS kit for under $1000.

Williams only made about 500 of these SWEP1 kits and they are starting to dry up. Over 7000 RFM games were made and with the Nucore system doing a playfield swap is much easier. The dreaded Prism Card is no longer an issue with Nucore.

I have access to a nice used SWEP1 kit. Make an offer and I will talk to the guy I know who owns it.

That page is like 7 years old.

AFM for $2995 - I would take that today at that price.
MM for $5700 - What seemed expensive in 2005 looks to be a good deal at $5700 in 2012.
PM for $1500.
SC for $2795

indeed I sent them an email and tried calling I dont think they are in business anymore.

Thanks

I just sent the original poster a PM, I've decided to sell my SWE-1 kit that's still in the box. I've got an RFM and swapped the SWE-1 in to try it all out, it has about two dozen plays and could pass for brand new.

I've also got the ROM half of the Prism board to make swapping titles that much easier.
