WTB: Sega Filter Board 839-0207 & Golden Axe:RODA Wiring

These parts are for my Golden Axe: Revenge of Death Adder. I have been searching for years.
If by chance you have a complete main harness or the JAMMA and I/O Logic to Filter cables I would definitely be interested.

Thank you very much!

I didn't know this game had a PCB cage..

Hello,

Thank you for replying. Yes I was surprised to learn that. Here is a TNT video of one that shows the pcb cage with filter board.

Maybe a previous OP installed it in a cage and that's what was shown in the video. I wonder because the cage is not in the parts list from the manual. Or the Cage and PCB combined is part # 833-8932-02 Assy, Golden Axe U/R PCB.

do you have a photo of the cables?
The JST plugs on the filter board are 20, 25, 4, 5, 16 from left to right. I appreciate any help, thanks!

I just saw this Spider-Man from Galloping Ghost's. I don't know if the filter board is required now or it's just not in view of the pic. Their GA:RODA page shows the PCB as well but not installed. I somehow recall reading here on KLOV someone wrecking the I/O controller on the PCB by not using the filter. It's been so long since i've tried piecing this together I have no idea. :001_sbiggrin:

are you looking for this just for it to be like it was from the factory? I put a RODA back together (cabinet was completely stripped, and did use the filter board or anything. Just jamma'd it and then wired up player 3 and 4 using the headers off the board.

Hi man! Wow, really?! You just connected player 3 and 4 controls to the PCB itself? (837-7968) No filter is needed? Did you also crimp your own JST connectors? That is awesome, I would love to see it!! :004_sdrool:

I'm playing the game using JAMMA as well! but only 2 players since it's in a candy cab.. I am in need of some of those JST connectors to make my own Model 2 harness - which is kind of what the video reminded me of..

I had some jst plugs with some wire already attached and then added more wire to extend them to the control panel the pinout is in the manual
