Does your feedback board have any force to one side or is it completely dead? I have repaired a few of these but the components are rather pricey.

Search for a thread started a month or two back by thebasement.....rush force feedback
We trouble shot two boards. With both boards, it ended up being the OPA 541 AP Power ICs...
These are the 2 IC's on the large heat sink on the motor board assembly. They are available from mouser.com. PM me, or start a thread over on the repair board, we'll get you through it....

I remember that thread.

Looking around I see the chips here:

$10 each! Can that be??

If so, I'm going to order some and post results. That would be nice if fixing those dang boards isn't too bad. Now where to find the stupid little fuses that popped on it as well. The 6.3 amp ones.

sorry for bumping such and old post but did those chips fix the issue? I have a feedback PCB that had feedback one way but not the other... help!

:)

You have a PM Mick...

EDIT: Welp... looking at Faster Than Speed... I am guessing the driver board isn't going to be compatible. Anyone know?
