WTB:Pattern Board for Gorf

Actually, Im being serious! Ive gotten several PMs with working pattern boards..I have a deal pending!

That is good to know there are extra boards around ...I have chips on order to repair one but it sure sounds better to just replace it, not sure how you get to it with a logic probe to test them.

So if some one has a working Pattern Board I am interested also.

Dude...I spent 3-4 hours trying to figure out how it worked. All the stupid cmos chips, and regnerative logic, its mind bending.. I was hoping to flowchart it..but I just decided to spend the <30 bucks for 2 working boards, and get my life back.

For academic purposes Id love to learn how it works.. Sure wish Midway would have done their scematics more like Gottleib or Atari, instead of just a bunch of boxes with pins and chip numbers.

Move it to the front of the cage (all of the "slots" are the same except for the two smaller RAM card spots), and remove the two front brackets. This will expose 95% of the board. Happy hunting!

Edward, Thanks for the tip. I have 2 chips I want to change out because of resistance differences, if that don't get it then I try logic.

But ....any body have a good board they want to part with?
