Hi, everybody I'm looking for an original mortal kombat 1 jamma harness. If you have an extra one thats just collecting dust, or pulled one out of the original machine and have no use for it. Can you please contact me.

Thanks

I checked the manual for the mk4 dedicated cabinet pinout and the mk1 dedicated cabinet pinout and, the mk4 has different cabinet wiring then I need so I would need to swap some wires. But I'm still looking for an original Mk1 dedicated jamma harness, if you have one somebody please contact me.

Thanks

The thing is though, I ordered a jamma harness off of Jammaboards.com but they have quick connect terminals instead of the special molex connectors that midway used in the wiring inside of the cabinet. So I ordered some 0.156 molex housings and crimp pins off of Jammaboards again. The 0.156 molex connectors didn't fit with the connectors inside of the cabinet. Tigerstyle I think were both talking about different harnesses I mean the main cabinet harness. I posted a picture of the main coin connector and was told that molex 0.156 would fit it, but it didn't. So I thought it would be easier to get a original jamma harness, so I could just plug and play.

not to be insulting or anything, but you have had this thread up for a week and you could have taken any jamma harness, put it in the game, and re-did the wires yourself in like 2 hours. (new molex or whatever)

Well I don't know if you have read one of my last posts saying I couldn't find the molex connectors needed for the wiring inside of the cabinet.. I have tried every single online site possible that I know of looking for these molex connectors, I even posted a help fourm. Somebody told me that the connectors are 0.156 but there not. SO Tronguy if you know the connectors inside of a mk1 then just tell me, I'll gladly take down this fourm. http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=155961&highlight=mortal+kombat+coin Here's my help fourm for proof.

well, my idea was that you simply cut the connectors off, and use different connectors of your own choosing. Wires can be connected a lot of different ways.
That's what I meant.

good luck
