WTB or Borrow: Centipede Jamma Adapter with Sound Amplifier PCB WORKING 100%

I bought one from Y-PLUS products a long time ago (it was only around 20 bucks) and waited way too long to start my project in order to get a replacement or refund... Any ways I'm pretty positive that my amp on my JAMMA adapter is bad (I think it's an LM380N?)... My controls / video work perfectly but my sound works but it has an annoying Humm. I tested the Audio with another random JAMMA Board in the cabinet and the sound worked perfectly (*not using the centipede board or adapter obviously) With that being said I'm looking for a working / tested Centipede Jamma Adapter with Sound Amplifier PCB. I even went as far as buying a brand new power supply, hooked up a brand new JAMMA harness , even installed a vol. Pot inside the cab (since others with the same problem said it would fix it). I've determined it's gotta be the Centipede PCB it self (unlikely as I bought it from a reputable seller) or it's the adapter that's junk.

Bottom line is I need a fully tested adapter. Hopefully it's not my board. Any one have one to sell or loan so I can see if it's my board?

i have one of those y plus adapters too and it sucks...the volume pot is REALLY touchy...it's way too loud or you can't hear it at all...really have to jack with the pot to get it at an acceptable level...

Yeah well I have Audio coming from my centipede board, but it also carries an annoying buzzing / humming noise. From the various threads I've read it's likely my adapter. Just to reiterate my speaker is perfectly fine when I tested it with another random JAMMA board.

I'm lucky to have one being sent to me on loan... Just so I can see maybe it's my board, but again unlikely. The one that's being sent to me is from Arcade Shop, but If their adapter works I don't mind spending the money on it even though it's priced considerably higher at 45.00.
