WTB: Omega Race working power brick and power filter Assembly

I have a couple of the linear power supply boards.

Untested, but both are clean and one has been rebuilt.

The Omega race PS board is a different model number from Tron and Spy Hunter just in case that is what you have. To be honest, i have not looked close enough at them to tell you what the difference is but I am not sure that a Tron PS will work in Omega Race. Pretty sure something is different on it though.

I actually picked up a couple of 90413 power supplies (which I am fairly certain is for omega race, possibly others) the tron is 90412 I think.

I will shoot some pics if the OP is interested.

You can use a Tron power supply in an Omega race, the reset line isn't used on the Omega race but won't do any harm as it's not connected. The Vbat line could actually be used to supply the 3.6v in standby to the game board, that way you don't have to worry about future acid damage to the game board. You would need to add a wire in the Omega race Loom that would run from the + connection for the battery on the game board, and run into plug J3 pin 1(plug that usually plugs into J3 on the Omega race power supply....that would plug into J4 on the Tron power supply.

Or you could use one of these in an Omega race

Again you can use pin 1 of J4 of that adaptor to supply the game PCB with memory backup voltage.
