WTB: non-working Crazy Climber PCB set.

Thanks again MajorHavoc. :beerchug:

Still would like to pick up another broken board or two to mess with so... BUMP! :)

Pretty sure I've got at least one CC in my dead pile. I recall getting in a board on a trade-in deal that had a couple chips plugged in backwards and the jumpering for the EPROMs was wrong... WTF? I think I fixed the jumpering and verified that the CPU glob was good, but that's all I've done with it. Let me know what you're paying for dead boards.

I've got three sets with problems laying in the bottom of my cabinet.
Just a hoarder.
What are you giving for them?

In what way are you 'messing with them'?
Are you making some hacks to run something else, or trying to figure out a subsystem?

Or are you just looking for boardsets to repair and resell?

This is what I did last time after I got 2 or 3 sets working...

Only problem was too many people just wanted to buy them outright.

I think I fixed 8 or 9 total then and had one that I gave up on, which I sold to someone who fixed it themselves in no time(pretty sure you know the guy Matt as he mentioned working with you on the CC high score save project?).

I bought boards for between $65 and $100 shipped last time I did this. I'd prefer them not hacked already but you never know.

@kstillen: If you wanted to do a two non-workers for one worker deal I'd be up for that. I actually have an extra working set here for our CC so we could probably just do a cross-ship thing if that interests you.

If you search for my username and Crazy Climber you'll see that I looked for a while for someone to fix my non-working sets. I finally gave up and started putzing around with them myself and got lucky. ;)
