Sorry guys... Not ready to let go of it just yet. I think the only game I would trade it for is Mighty Bomb Jack.

Good luck on your search!!!

I thought I almost had it! I have a buddy in Japan looking for me. He knows a guy out there that has it, so I had him email him to see if he would consider selling it. Long story short, he rudely said no. But here is the pic from that arcade site (kinda like VAPS). Check out the instruction card, it's pretty rad! I have to find a way to get a copy of that!!!!!

:) Hour count down?? ...

Well, if you want to make it public....please, just don't tell what I had to do for it.

2 days is 2 days too many! I've been on a ninja obsession this week, ordered the rest of his famicon series, found a fami to nes converter, planning on how to make the RT instruction card......I had a few packages arrive this morning and my son saw them, he asked if the game where the ninja rides the frog came today, I had to break his little heart and tell him no. maybe tomorrow son, maybe tomorrow. Then he jumped (likes to jump and pretend to break bricks like mario) and made the noise, I asked what he was doing. He replied, breaking the bricks under the bad guy- it stuns them when they fall, then you kill them with ninja stars and steal their souls for points. Made me smile!

That honestly makes it all worth it. Good deal man, i hope you guys enjoy it!

:) didn't mean to out you by the way...

does this mean lilman573 no longer has his ninja jajamaru kun or are there now two confirmed instances of the game in the states?

Definitely need to play that guy. I must say I have never seen him for sale either, but I know many others that have been looking even longer.

Either way, congrats crassvw and let us know how you like the game :)

My "connection" in japan would give me links and most the time they were buy it now options, so by the time I was able to check it out it was gone, or the majority of the time I had no idea how to pay for the item. So I got a few games he was looking for: CV, Duck Hunt, Goonies, and the Super Sky Kid big 'ol card, and when the next one comes up he will buy it for me (and John gets first dibs, then I have a list). He is also looking for Mighty Bomb Jack. In Japan there are alot of hardcore collectors. They buy it. box it up. Don't play it, and get really mad at you when you kindly ask if you can purchase it from them. Vs NJK has been going for $200-300 on the Asian eBays, and they pop up once in a while, my buddy said there were 3 last year, and has seen 2 this year, but only 1 mighty bomb jack in the last few years, it sold for about $350USD. Thank god paypal takes credit cards :)

I am no longer the owner of NJK. I am sure it will be played more in it's new home.

I am keeping the avatar picture though :)

I officially put it in this afternoon. It is much better than the Famicom version, lilman573, if there was a positive +100 on the feedback section, I'd fix that 97% to a 100 :) Now I need to find the instruction card to complete that side, then I will begin my search for the mythical Mighty Bomb Jack.

Awesome!! Pretty jealous that you guys have that game. I do miss my Bomb Jack, I have to admit. But, I guess it's better if these types of games make the rounds. :D

Figured I'd share, pretty cool set of roms, not very typical for Vs games.
