See below for the board - would the Neo-Geo slot one be compatible with this? Let me know what boards you have available- thanks!

So no, the Neo-Geo one slot is not compatible with what I have, correct?

There are different versions of the one slot. Some with stereo and some with mono.

As per the user manual, SVC Chaos uses Jamma pinout.

The wiring differences, as already said, are minimal and fairly easy to do if you have the required tools and skills. If you did not want to modify the original wiring you could make or buy an adapter for the Neo Geo MVS to Jamma.

Thanks, would it be as simple as getting this? If not, what else would I need? Thanks for the help!

I think you want the opposite.

That one is MVS cabinet wiring to Jamma PCB.

You want Jamma cabinet to MVS PCB.
Great! So, this one would do the trick??

No that is a complete harness to rewire a cabinet to be Jamma.

I'll see if I can find an example of what you need and post info.

Edit:
Found this as an example of the converter needed. Have no idea how good it is or what changes you need to make to cater for MVS stereo.

It might help if you describe a little more about what you are trying to achieve. Given going to MVS potentially adds Stereo and extra buttons over a standard Jamma, there will be wiring changes or additions needed.

Some options are:
1. Find a suitable adapter and make any necessary wiring changes to suit adapter chosen;
2. Rewire existing cabinet to add speaker, extra buttons needed and changeover switches to change sound and different button wiring. This allows you to change between Jamma and MVS PCB's in the cabinet;
3. Rewire cabinet and add extra items to just suit what you want.

Thanks for all of your help! I will look into this and see if this is viable.
