Yeah, it's not exactly an arcade machine, but it is a gaming system. Does anyone have a Neo Geo AES that they are looking to sell? I'd prefer the American version, but would also consider the Japanese model. Possibly even the newer CD model if you have it, though those giant cartridges used with the older models are dang cool!

PM me with what you have! I would prefer functional systems but would also consider non functional systems. I have an electronics buddy that could help me with trying to fix it. With or without controllers, power supplies or games. It doesn't matter as I can get these later. I need to get the console first.

Thanks for looking!

Just a heads up, AES is ludicrously expensive to collect for. An MVS is a preferable alternative, a Supergunned board and games would cost less than an AES, and you can install a UniBIOS so the games play like AES games.

I don't want to make up your mind for you, but I was in a similar situation as you, looked up the prices of AES games, and changed my mind.

Best of luck to you in your search. Whatever you choose, the Neo-Geo is awesome.

Don't think you'll find an AES here. It's a home system.

Go to neo-geo.com's boards.

A little update. I bought one right out of Japan and it's on it's way over the Pacific Ocean. I'll run my Geiger counter over it when it arrives just to make sure it's not radio active. heh
