Why do you need those chips? Are they missing? They are generally not bad but rather have dirty legs and/or broken pins that can be repaired.

The far bigger problem on Galaga boards is with bad resistor packs and crappy sockets.

extremely corroded legs on them, the rest of the board is great.i was having problems with it not booting up all the time and rom errors intermittantly so i decided to pull some of the chips to clean up the black legs on them, but when i pulled a couple up,some of the legs broke off and stayed in the sockets, the rest of the chips have no corrosion at all ,kinda being forced to get new chips due to the extreme corrosion.

5N, 7N on the CPU board....and 2N, 5N, 1C on the video board will have to be programmed. New ones of these chips come blank, and a burner programs the code onto them.

All the other chips you have listed are Namco custom chips. Some of these have been reversed engineered, but they are not cheap. The first two numbers of these chips is the important part. So, you need a 0877 at 4L of the CPU board.....this is actually a Namco custom 08 chip. Looking at your list, you need......
3 x 08
1 x 54
2 x 07
1 x 00
1 x 04

Mike's Arcade stocks replacement 00, 04, 07, and 08 chips.
