I just got majorly burned here. I bought a "tested working" PCB board from a fellow KLOV user for $60 only to get it, put it in my MC PacMan, and the board is deader than the one I had in there before.

I am going to try this again. Does anyone have a tested working board that I can swap in to replace my bad one?

So fix it. Pacs are not that complicated... and have you considered its not the board but maybe the power supply.

My coin door lights up. The yoke is glowing nicely. What would be the issue exactly if it was the power supply?

Check the four fuses on the bottom of the cab and make sure the edge connector is on properly. Did you hit a start button or add a coin?

I have a nice working Ms pac board for sale ($75 shipped) with the slow chip. I'm sure I could get you the fast chip if you would rather have that one, or you could swap yours onto it...

Check the four fuses with a meter and make sure your fuse holders are not broken on one end or so. Also maybe a broken wire connected to your fuses.
check to make sure your edge connector power pins on left are not damaged and make sure edge connector is on right and not twisted around.

ANY Pac cab should have the fuse holders replaced. You can get new ones at Radio Shack.

The brass tabs that hold the fuses spread out and lose tension... they also are prone to corrosion. Either one would cause poor connections and the game to not run.
