WTB: nice, working Playchoice 10 dual monitor cabinet (in TX preferred)

I'm looking for a Playchoice 10 dual monitor cabinet.

Conditions:

Needs to be in decent cosmetic condition.
Needs to be completely working with no issues.
Monitors must be working with no burn in.
Bonus if gun installed.

If you have one for sale, please let me know.

I live in Central TX, and would drive a few hours in-state to pick up.

If you live elsewhere, and are willing to ship via NAVL, I would pay for shipping if we made a deal.

Hi-res photos are required, so I can check condition, etc.

Thanks!

Steve

Anyone have any suggestions?

Lower your standards?

I haven't seen many Nintendos with zero burn monitors, and a lot of the PC-10's I have seen (I'm sure there are many exceptions) don't have the gun installed. IIRC, there are only 3 gun games? You might have better luck finding more of a project and putting the time/effort into it yourself? Not sure.

agreed... I was actually going to say about the same thing earlier but work got in the way of replying. :) I think a 100% mint PC-10 dual monitor cab is virtually impossible to find outside of maybe a handful of people who have done a full restore on theirs. I'm in the middle of that with mine... just haven't taken the bondo/paint step yet but that is next on the PC-10 to do list.

Fair enough.

I figured that I would request what I'm looking for first.

If I found it, then super.

If not, I could always lower my expectations a bit. However, if I don't ask...

I'll be honest with ya, my cabinet, was damn near flawless, when I got it. One small spot of wood chipped out and the side art was completely flawless and intact.

However, there is always something else that needs attention. In my case it was the monitors. IMO, go for the solid cab. The rest of it can be salvaged and repaired, by you. Odds are, you will give it the proper attention it needs, to bring back from the dead!

Yeah, but how much did you have to pay to get your flawless cab? Oh wait, it was free. I hate you.

;)

Ok, I have to look at it this way...

I can probably take care of the external issues (paint, side art, cpo, etc.)

However, the monitors have to be working with little to no burn.

The electronics need to be working without issue.

I just don't have any knowledge/experience with the electrical stuff.

So, a working dual monitor PC-10 cab in reasonably good shape will do.
