The two front doors and the top control panel mold (the part that flips up/locks down and that the standard size Sega CP metal sheet screws into).

How realistic is it to find these parts? I can live without the doors, but the control panel mold is obviously a must.

It looks like the standard Sega Astro size (same hinge screw holes), but I'm unsure.

Any help is appreciated by owners of this cabinet.

Dang... For a second I thought I could help you as I'm parting out a Megalo to fix two others, but mine are the regular Megalos with the separate sitdown consoles :\ Completely different CP.

Keep looking. I went to an auction last year were there were at least 30 Megalo 410s for sale. You might want to post wanted ads for parts in the Southern California area.

Let ME know if you find an original control panel for it. The dedicated Megalo 410 panels had the players sitting farther apart than the Astro City panels, and they had a color scheme that matched the 410's scheme better.

I also got a remote from Zax Amusments in Austrailia. You might want to get in contact with them to see if they have any parts laying around.

Yeah, I measured my Astro last night and I can tell it's different, seems wider.

Sucks. I think it'd be less effort to find a complete machine than getting the parts for this that would cannibalize another machine.

Oh right, if you need a remote for it, let me know, I'm about to order in some from Japan and could slap them to my order to lower price.

So what model remote does this use? Where in Japan?

Google doesn't tell me much.

It's coming from a store that sells off surplus. They don't ship outside of Japan so I have to use a proxy service too. The ones I'm ordering are for the Hitachi and the Toshiba type projectors. Check the back of your machine, the lid that is the cover of the projector electronics should have a sticker with the make and type of the projector inside. Should be either a Mitsubishi or a Toshiba I think. If it's a Mitsubishi I'll have to ask if they have those too. The base price for one remote is around $40, will depend on the amount purchased of course, plus shipping. (The Hitachi was in the Euro Megalo 2 I have, not sure they were used in other megalo cabs.)
