I have a baby pac solenoid/lamp board with a bad one. I just need one or two to hold me over until I can get some in from my supplier. Pulls are fine as long as they are socket pulls. If you have a stash of new ones you want to sell let me know what your looking to get for them. At minimum I need one at the moment.

So thats the motorola equivalent to 4514, correct?

I looked in the stash of Moto chips I came across and didn't see any, although I'll have to go through them again at some point. Most are cmos so no good to me :-(

The generic part number is 4514 -- they are CMOS parts.
The Motorola / On-Semiconductur specific part is MC14514BCP
The Texas Instruments part is CD4514BE
Plus other manufacturers such as Fairchild, NXP, ST, etc.
They're all the same part and are typically in the $1.25 range.

Don't use a plain 74154 -- these are the same function as a 4514 but do not have the proper interface levels. Plus the 4514's cost less.
