WTB: Konami Life Force kit

Hey, Xy... I've got a Rastan PCB and marquee, if that interests you at all, bump.

Cause it sucks? :p

Is this a general consensus or just your opinion?

Seriously, I did not think it would be so hard to find this game. It wasn't rare and it's JAMMA. For example you can't sneeze without finding a Rastan machine or PCB... so what's going on here?

They show up from time to time. If I'm not mistaken, there have been a few PCBs on ebay this past year or two.

I think I've heard that part of the problem with Gradius series rarity might possibly be Japanese buyers. Some of Gradius series games are somewhat rare and pricey over there, and I think some swoop into American auctions to pick up the international release of Lifeforce, perhaps just for entertainment or collector value, or because the American version might be cheaper than Salamander or the Japanese revision of Lifeforce (which is markedly different from the one in the US).

For instance, on TOPS, a Japanese PCB shop, a Salamander PCB sells for $527.34. Granted, they can be very overpriced compared to what you will find at Yahoo Japan Auctions, but it still gives you some idea of the value of the game over there.

Interesting... Well, thanks for the insight. :)

Lifeforce seems to be pretty desirable from what I have seen. The last couple pcb's I have seen were in the $200 range or close to it.
I have a board that boots and plays but it has a graphics issue.
