They probably aren't coming back.
I believe these devices are generally called "Superguns", if that's the case, other sellers make them.

Out of stock now unfortunately. I have a supergun, but I have a good amount of non-jamma titles. I was hoping to find something for just video which might also help me use a TV in a cabinet instead of resorting to a flat panel

Edit: I get what you are looking for. That get's a little tricky and the quality degrades fast. RGB to component or SVideo or other.

Yeah, I have a tv I believe I can RGB mod, but I've also got some component displays

Thanks! That should do for me in the short term. If I do indeed need to install a TV in the cabinet I'd prefer component, but at the price, I think I'll cross that road when I get to it.
