Looking for a "plug and play" ready jamma cocktail cab. Doesn't have to be in great cosmetic condition, but definitely has to be usable and working. Seller has to be no more than 2.5 hours one way from zip code 10598.

Hi, I found some on craigslist. The best way to search craigslist is to use this web sight.
http://www.searchtempest.com/
You will want a monitor that is VGA (31kHz)
I have found these, in my search using your zip code. Look for more and you will find them.
Also check every day, people are all was posting. I have notest some people don't know how to spell on craigslist.
For example you will want to search "coin-op" and "coin op".
Also look under, jamma cab and arcade cab and japan cab and neo geo cab, ext. You get what I mean.
You will want and search with different words saying the same thing. That way you will not miss any of what you are looking for.
If the poster misspelled the listing, you will have less people trying to out buy it before you can get it. That is a good thing on there part.
I own a few pachinkos, some people think they are called japanese pinballs, so when I am doing my search, I look using different words explaining the same thing.

are you looking for a horizontal or vertical cocktail? any particular style?

Sorry...I typed my intial post in kind of a rush (cranky 13 month old on my lap). Bascially the only requirements it really has to have is a vertical monitor, 8-way joystick, and three buttons for each player. I'll be plugging a 60-in-1 into it with the usual games (Pacman, Galaga, etc..) as well as the occasional run of Guerilla War and a couple of other vertical Jamma games. As for the outward appearace, doesn't really matter; cheesy wood finish, flat black, old side art, etc is fine. Of course, I'd like it to be ready to go without much tinkering/fixing needed (hence the "plug-and-play" so to speak). It's intended to be a surprise gift for my wife and I don't have anywhere to hide it while I fix it or wait for parts.
