Got a very clean (just washed it) non-working one, all 5 caps replaced just a few days ago (4-1-2011). +5 and -5 are present. The +12 is dead. It cost me $14 just to replace the caps. They're all axial caps too, like they're supposed to be (even Bob Roberts doesn't carry them). I haven't replaced the +12 transistor yet (LM317), which I'm almost positive will fix it.
If you'd have got me before I replaced the caps, I would have sold it to you for $12 shipped (sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear). But now, $25 shipped. If you want to wait until I get the +12 working, it will probably be $35. Can probably find one much cheaper than mine. Just throwing it out there.
