I have a working Kortec KT-2914 that has developed an arching flyback, does anyone have one from a parts chassis laying around?

If it's just a pin hole, have you considered just epoxying or JB Welding over it?
I couldn't see any external arcing, I believe it's internal, but I can check it again now that I have it out of the machine to make sure. It'd be great if that would work.

I was successful epoxying a pin hole on my Kortec 1420A flyback.

It was easy to see because it was arching to the frame. But since I covered it, been running great for years.

Good luck fixing or finding a replacement. Hope it works out either way. 🙂

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it!
