WTB Golden Axe Original Cab and board, Central Ohio. I can get shipping from anywhere on the East Coast or Midwest US. I am unsure of the price as I have seen it vary by thousands of dollars on eBay and Marketplace.

I will have the cash, space, and transportation for it on April 11th.

Do you have a pic of the cab? Most I've seen, and own. Seem to be conversions.

Oof, I didn't realize they made only 600 of these, according to the listing here. https://www.arcade-museum.com/Videogame/golden-axe

I might be better off making my own conversion cab, but I would like an original board for quarter-play rights.

I don't know much about the cab, to be honest. I just grew up playing the Sega Genesis version and would love one for my kids to grow up with.

They sold only about 600 complete machines in Dynamo HS-1 cabinets. Golden Axe was mostly sold by Sega as a kit that were used to upgrade an old machine from the late 70s or early 80s that stopped making the arcade money, like Centipede, Joust, Sinistar, etc. They sold thousands of these kits. It was one of the more popular games out there when it was new. Every other corner store and pizza joint had one, and every arcade anywhere had one. The only rare thing about Golden Axe are the cabinets that were made Dynamo for Sega.
