Looking for Galaga PCB, US.

My cab has never had a working one. Haven't been able to repair the original that was in it.

I should still have a couple of real Galaga boards in the shop. They've been serviced by Cahnnelmanic, so ought to be rock-solid!

Well, I remember when they used to sell for $225. Then a bunch of parters decided they needed money quick and sold a few for about $125 or so, and now everyone thinks that's what they sell for. Considering a lot of people consider this to be the #1 game to own, I don't know what to sell it for. Quarterarcade has it listed for $210. When I offered one for $200 a few months ago, everyone jumped my shit for asking too much...

Last one I sold went for something like $115 that was a couple years ago.

That sounds like an Ebay sale. I never take Ebay sales as indicators of what a price SHOULD be. I hear about people buying games all the time for $1 or $10 because no one else bid. That doesn't mean the game was only worth that, but that no one else bid on it, wanted it right then, could afford it right then, or even saw it in the first place....

I guess... but the days of $200 galaga boards are long gone. They seem to be around 100-125 from what I can tell.

Before I repaired and sold this one on ebay I purchased one on ebay for $150 bin.

I'm going to try and get out to my shop tomorrow and see if I still have some. If so, it'll be $150 shipped.

Is this better? Seriously.

It's EBAY, so I'd just leave it and see.

Last working Galaga I got was $85 shipped IIRC and it was sitting on this forum for a while at that price not quite a year ago. Galaga PCB's are a toss up anymore and depends if the person buying it is in need of one. Fewer people want real PCBs when the crap-in-1's are cheaper. Plus Galaga's can be expensive to fix with all the custom chips, crappy sockets, etc.

I don't recall any gallag's selling recently. I've seen some for sale, but pretty sure they just sit there. There are also a few different versions. I could see the Jamma version selling easier then the non. I haven't bought a gallag in probably 2 years. The working jamma version I got for $25 shipped off EBay. I think the 2 non-jamma versions were like $30 shipped for both, but one didn't work IIRC.

I have 4 tested and working Galaga PCB's.
I will include with each set:
Regular Fire chip
Speed Fire chip
Regular character chip
Terrorist character chip
$115 shipped in the USA for each set.
Anti-static bag and packed well.
I accept paypal.
First come first served.
