I have a friend looking for these games. Must have ZERO playfield wear. If the game needs work, that's alright as long as it's not a huge project. Located in the Long Island/NY/NJ area preferable.

Thanks,

Honestly, you're going to have a lot of trouble just finding these. Space Shuttle is one of the worst games out there for playfield wear, and Firepower took a beating too. Both machines were king of the hill when they came out, so were usually played until they fell apart.

Though CPR did do runs of playfields for both, so you may luck out and find one that's been swapped already.

Yeah, I'm thinking Firepower might be easier to find than Space Shuttle. It's for a friend who is willing to pay higher than average, so I'm hoping something comes along.

I think someone would have to tear my arm off to get my Space Shuttle after all the work put into it after doing the playfield swap. Props to the crazy people doing swaps on much more complicated games... I wouldn't want to after this. At least not on these old games where you have staple-down sockets/GI wire. =|

There is a really nice looking one on Ebay right now that's located in Louisville. Last time I checked it was right at $1000. Looks to be in the condition you're looking for.

Just FYI, I can vouch for that SS - I sold the seller the backglass that's in it. He had a replacement translite in there originally. Super nice guy, very professional collector. I bought my Spider Man from him. It's up over $1,500 now so maybe more than you want to spend on a SS, but I'm sure it's bulletproofed and in great shape.
